7. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Depot, its owners, and its agents from any and all claims, damages, fines, or liabilities arising from my use, misuse, storage, or distribution of products purchased through this account.
8. Material reliance. I understand that Peptide Depot is relying on this attestation as a material condition of approving my wholesale account, that no products would be sold to me absent this affirmation, and that providing false information may result in immediate account termination, voiding of any sales, and potential civil or criminal liability.
